"Good value for money"
I've owned the EMS trainer for exactly 1 week now, so it's a bit too early to talk about results. However, I can say that it's a solid device and you can really feel your abdominal muscles working hard. I find level 10 quite intense already. The device is easy to use. I will continue to train my abdominal muscles in other ways and use this device as a supplement to my exercises.
